Strategy is facing intense scrutiny this week after its stock
price fell 60%, an announcement of a $1.44B USD cash reserve, and public comments that selling Bitcoin is on the table.
- Strategy established a $1.44B cash buffer to service debt obligations and dividend payments on its
stock, and only purchased $11M in BTC this week.
- Strategy now estimates that we’ll see a year end BTC price between $85K - $110K, well below its previous $150K EOY prediction.
- MSTR shares fell -10% yesterday to $177, down -60% from its high.
- CEO Michael Saylor hinted at share repurchases if mNAV dips below 1.0x. Yesterday it reached as low as 0.96x.
- Their BTC holdings are now close to 650,000 ($59.45B), representing over 3% of the total Bitcoin supply.
NFT Blind Box Mania 
NFT teams continue to find new ways to drive sales, and over the past week leaned on blind box sales to raise funds.
- Pudgy Penguins kicked off Black Friday with an open edition, 48 hour Mystery Box
sale.
- Mystery Boxes are redeemable for an RWA with a physical box that contains merch, vinyl figures, and some unique collectibles that have not been released before.
- Boxes were priced at $99, and in total sold 7,226 boxes for a $715K raise.
- The DYLI website, where the sale took place, was hit with nearly 8 million requests within a 60
minute window around the end of the 48 hour sale.
- Last week FWOG sold 21,488 blind box toys on Solana, raising $460K. Each box will include entry to an
Ethereum NFT raffle or guaranteed whitelist mint for a new PFP collection this week.
- In September the Moonbirds launched the Birb Box, selling 11,429 boxes and raising $1.7M. They sold for $25 per single box and $300 for a collector pack, and hit as high as $75 for a single, and $900 for a collector pack.
Major Ethereum Upgrade This Week 
Ethereum’s Fusaka upgrade arrives on December 3 via a major hard
fork, the first since the Pectra upgrade on May 7 earlier this year.
- Fusaka introduces peer data availability sampling to improve data availability for L2 rollups. This will lead to more efficient data posting and verification.
- Blob capacity will increase 8x, which will allow over 100,000 TPS on L2s.
- L2 transaction fees will be reduced by up to 95% through optimized gas mechanisms and increased ETH fee burns.
- The overall impact of the upgrade aims to solidify Ethereum as the base layer for DeFi, tokenization and rollups.
AI 
The AI market is up +5.84% in the past 7 days to a $6.22B market cap. Top token movers include PIPPIN (+207.6%), TAG (+13.29%), AIOT (+8.7%), DCAI (+3.04%), and LAVA (+2.99%).
- WhaleIntel integrates Limitless prediction market info into its platform to track markets, wallets
and PnL.
- Ribbita agent has been found to have ties to the Zero Hash platform (infra provider to Robinhood,
Stripe, and Revolut).
- Telegram CEO announces decentralized private compute network for AI called Cocoon. Users can
commit CPU for $TON rewards.
- Virtuals Co-Founder Etheremage joins Coinbase podcast to talk about wallet enabled agents, and why
crypto is the missing piece for real autonomy.
NFTs 
- The NFT market was up across the board this week with sales up +14.46% to $77.07M. This snapped
an 8 week streak of declining sales, while sellers (154,517) climbed +12.30%, buyers (204,250) +13.36%, transactions (1,132,880) +11.22%, average sales price ($68.03) +2.91% and trade profits up +44.93% to -$4.91M.
- Sappy Seals released their first physical plush, with the launch of the First Edition Sappy for
$25.
- Pudgy Penguins are partnering with the NHL for the 2026 Discover NHL Winter Classic starting at Art Week
Miami.
- TokenWorks is launching a new flat fee Strategy token launch style with fees feeding back to
PNKSTR.
- OpenSea dropped 5% boosted holiday rewards for NFT and token traders on the OS
marketplace.
- Rekt Brands announced a new $REKT Purchase Program, with plans to use 10% of their company
revenue for buying back their token.
- Official Black Mirror NFTs arrive today, powered by MSquared, the technology provider behind the
Otherside metaverse.
