For the Love of the Game (Market Commentary) |
Are we at war, or not, and does the market even care anymore? Fears rose after the United States bombed
Iran’s nuclear facilities, sending Bitcoin tumbling to $98K over the weekend, but just as quickly as things fell, the market rebounded just days later on hopes that peace had been reached.
Today, nothing is certain after a cease-fire was agreed to by Israel and Iran (and subsequently broken), and at this point, traders seem desensitized to the news.
In the past 24 hours, with uncertainty still abounding, memecoins, Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Solana have all moved
higher (3.2%, 6%, 8%, and 6.4% respectively.)
We now await real catalysts like rate cuts and further progress with crypto regulation like the GENIUS Act. In the meantime, there have been plenty of major developments across AI and crypto over the past week.

The AI market fell -23.22% this week to a $7.64B market cap. Traders have little appetite to speculate on AI tokens while a war in the Middle East is either winding down or ramping up.

A Natural Language Interface (NLI) allows users to interact with software or systems using everyday language instead of code or commands. In the context of AI and Web3, NLIs are becoming essential, enabling people to query blockchains, run smart
contracts, or control AI agents just by typing or speaking in plain English. This makes complex systems more accessible, opening the door to mass adoption and broader use of decentralized technologies.
